BREAKING NEWS: Florida Becomes First State to CRIMINALIZE Geoengineering & Weather Modification!

Statement:

In a historic victory for environmental and health freedom, Florida has officially passed SB 56 / HB 477, making it the first state in the nation to criminalize weather modification and geoengineering!

✅ Passed with a 82–28 vote in the House today, adopting the Senate version that previously passed.
✅ This makes geoengineering a felony crime in Florida, punishable by up to 5 years in prison and $100,000 in fines.

Florida is sending a loud and clear message: we will protect our skies and we will not allow corporate interests, climate change interventionists, or covert operations to tamper with our atmosphere or pollute our environment.

This landmark legislation was championed by Senator Ileana Garcia and Representative Kevin Steele — big thanks to the both of these courageous leaders!
