Giorgio Armani, the legendary Italian fashion designer who transformed global style with his minimalist elegance, has died at the age of 91.
The Armani Group confirmed his passing today, noting that he died peacefully at home in Milan. Armani remained at the helm of his fashion empire until the end, serving as both chief executive and creative director.
