NBA players were involved in rigging games to profit from bets

New York City’s Police Commissioner has confirmed that more than 30  NBA players were involved in rigging games to profit from bets placed on their own performances.

Players allegedly manipulated their on-court play, deliberately scoring less or pulling themselves out of games to sway outcomes.

NBA star Terry Rozier allegedly faked an injury during a game to help his gambling ring win thousands after betting the under.
