Why is the UAE intervening in Sudan?
hy is the UAE intervening in Sudan?
To control the Red Sea route and establish a corridor with Israel
To seize gold and agricultural lands
To serve Western and Zionist interests
To limit Turkish-Iranian influence
To exploit Sudan through proxy wars… in line with the interests of Western and Israeli strategic partners
The UAE maintains close security and intelligence cooperation with the US, France, and Israel.
These countries also want the Red Sea’s international trade routes, energy transportation, and protection against Iranian influence.
The UAE acts like an “on-the-ground operator” for these countries: it establishes bases, finances local actors, and engages diplomatically.
In other words, the UAE plays the role of a proxy actor in the Red Sea, aligned with Western interests.
“The United Arab Emirates wants the gold mines in Darfur at any cost, and not only that, it also wants rare metals.
It also wants agricultural lands because there is no water in the UAE.
Sudan has the capacity to feed its own people, the Gulf countries, and millions of Egyptians, and it could even export to Europe.”
