Bayazhan welcomes journalists from 15 countries for an unforgettable night in Gaziantep

Gaziantep, Turkey — The historic Bayazhan Restaurant, one of Gaziantep’s most iconic dining venues, hosted journalists from 15 different countries last night, offering them an unforgettable evening filled with culture, cuisine, and hospitality.

Set within a beautifully restored Ottoman-era caravanserai on Atatürk Boulevard, Bayazhan is a living symbol of Gaziantep’s rich culinary heritage.

The venue’s stone archways, lantern-lit courtyard, and authentic ambiance provided the perfect backdrop for an evening that celebrated the best of Antep gastronomy.

The international guests were treated to a menu that showcased the region’s most beloved dishes  from tender kebabs and creamy hummus to the city’s famous fıstıklı kebap (pistachio kebab) and Ali Nazik. Each dish reflected the passion and craftsmanship that have made Gaziantep a UNESCO City of Gastronomy.
