Born in 1987, Erdem Güven has been a dynamic force in the global food & beverage and hospitality industry since 2006. With nearly two decades of experience, he has held key managerial positions in some of the world’s most prestigious hotel groups, including Marriott International, Accor, Hilton, and IHG.

Today, Erdem Güven serves as the General Manager of Hafız Mustafa 1864 in London’s Knightsbridge, one of the most iconic Turkish dessert brands expanding its international presence. Over the past two years, he has played a pivotal role in establishing and managing the brand’s operations in the UK capital, blending traditional Turkish hospitality with London’s cosmopolitan spirit.

Before moving to London, Güven worked in the United States, where he received advanced F&B (Food & Beverage) training and gained invaluable experience in the global hospitality scene. He also completed professional development programs at Vaso Dublin Bar, further refining his expertise in guest experience, operations, and leadership.
