About the author: Aysun Mete is an internationally accredited life coach — certified by the International Coach Federation (ICF) — as well as a practitioner and instructor in meditation, Neuro‑Linguistic Programming (NLP), and Reiki.
Her background is eclectic: she spent years working in banking, media planning, and business management, before branching into creative media hosting radio programmes in London, writing and directing a short film, and gaining experience in television production.
Mete also began a career in journalism with the London-based outlet Londra Haber, and today continues as a personal-development columnist for the Turkish newspaper Yeni Asır. Her Saturday columns reach thousands of readers, offering inspiration and heartfelt reflection.
