TURKIC WORLD RADIO-TV JOURNALISTS ASSOCIATION (TÜRGAD)
Common Media • Common Culture • Common Future
The Turkic World Radio-TV Journalists Association (TÜRGAD) was established in Ankara on 15 June 2026 as a professional and solidarity platform aimed at developing cooperation among Turkic world countries in the fields of media, communication, culture and language.

TÜRGAD aims to strengthen communication among media institutions, journalists and academics across the Turkic world; develop joint media projects; promote information and experience sharing; and contribute to stronger friendship and brotherhood among peoples.
One of TÜRGAD’s principal objectives is to contribute to the fight against disinformation by supporting accurate, reliable, verified and public-interest journalism.
TÜRGAD also seeks to encourage joint radio and television productions, exchange of news content, cultural programs and cooperation among news agencies and media organizations.
Our vision is to build a strong and sustainable media network throughout the Turkic world and contribute to a common communication culture while respecting the linguistic and cultural diversity of every country.

For accurate journalism…

For strong communication across the Turkic world…
For friendship and brotherhood…
