Russia has begun circulating recruitment flyers in Tehran
In the midst of a deepening manpower shortage, Russia has begun circulating recruitment flyers in Tehran, urging Iranian men and women to enlist in the Russian Army.

The flyers — distributed across parts of the Iranian capital earlier today — promise “benefits” and a starting monthly salary of $2,500 for those who sign up.

In addition to the street-level campaign, the same recruitment message is being promoted via a Telegram account, signaling a wider push by Moscow to draw foreign nationals into its ranks.
