“The UK and Türkiye are strengthening their defence cooperation”

Türkiye’s Deputy Minister of National Defense Musa Heybet and President of the Defence Industry Agency Haluk Görgün met with Maria Eagle, the UK Minister of State for Defence Procurement, in London as part of the Türkiye-United Kingdom Defence Industry Council (TUDIC) meeting.

Executives from Turkish defense industry companies — including ASFAT Inc., MKE Inc., ASELSAN, Roketsan, TUSAŞ, Nurol Makina, and Kale Group — also attended the meeting.

Following the meeting, a specification document was signed by Deputy Minister Musa Heybet, Defence Industry President Haluk Görgün, and UK Minister Maria Eagle.
