BREAKING: Colombian presidential candidate Miguel Uribe Turbay shot at a campaign event in Bogotá, Colombia; he is reported to be in serious condition.

A gunman opened fire while Uribe greeted supporters, prompting a shootout with his bodyguards.

He was taken to Colombia Clinic with a serious injury, possibly to the head or side. One other person was injured.
